MrBrown blog has a lot of video clips hosted on Youtube so I checked it out. It is like Flickr, quite easy to use. you sign up an account and upload your clip.
Under that video clip's properties, you should see the commands provided by the Youtube for video-sharing. Copy those commands over to your blog and the video will look embedded on your blog.
